Pro-Fondi® EVO

The Pro-Fondi® EVO electric beater, designed by Marco Ambrosini, was patented in 2008 as a solution to problems faced by public establishments in Italy. It gained popularity through word-of-mouth and initial sales in the Verona area. After its participation in the HOST Fair in Milan in 2009, it started to be sold internationally, particularly in the United States and Canada. In 2013, it received the "Horeca 24 Innovation Award" and is now well-known and exported worldwide.

Ambrodesign, founded in 1977, initially focused on interior design for public establishments. Customers often shared their issues with work tools, prompting Ambrosini to find solutions. When complaints arose about frequent damage to the coffee knock box, the idea for our electric beater, Pro-Fondi® EVO, was born.
