  1. How to install Pro-Fondi® EVO?
    Choose where you intend to install the device (in front of the grinder or in front of the coffee machine) and, using the provided template, drill the hole with a hacksaw. Position the Pro-Fondi® EVO and secure it with the appropriate screws provided. The instruction manual is available here.
  2. How does the end-customer support work?
    Additionally, replacement parts can be directly handled by the user by following our video tutorials available in the support section. If you prefer us to handle the replacement of parts, you can send the device for assistance, or we can arrange for our courier to pick it up. Please note that, in any case, there is no need for a specialized technician, and for any assistance, you can contact us at the email address office@pro-fondi.com or call the number +39 3312999595.
  3. I need to buy spare parts for the device but I’m unsure which model they refer to. How can I proceed?
    Check the adhesive label on the back of the device: if the serial number of your device consists of 4 numbers, you have a previous Pro-Fondi® model, while if it consists of 5 numbers, you have a Pro-Fondi® EVO model. On the shop page, you will find spare parts for both models, selecting between "Pro-Fondi® EVO and spare parts" for the current model, or "Previous model spare parts" for the previous model's parts. In these sections, you will find a complete list of available products with their descriptions.
  4. How can I replace the motor or the electronic board of the device?
    Replacing the components is an easy task that can be done entirely by yourself with the help of our video tutorials available in the “Support” section. The simple and clear instructions will allow you to replace the components, saving both time and costs.
  5. I prefer not to drill the counter, and I have space limitations. Can I still install the device?
    Of course! You can still install the Pro-Fondi® EVO device with the external installation KIT, which is sold separately from the Pro-Fondi® device and it’s designed for those who need to avoid drilling the counter or have space limitations. If you are interested in purchasing the external KIT, please contact us for more information.
