Hello Andrea and thank you for giving us some of your time to tell us about your experience with the electric coffee knockbox, one of the bar equipment that has given a turning point in your working life.

Thank you! I'm glad to be able to help my colleagues in the industry by advising them on the best innovations on the market to optimize their productivity. I'm a loyal Pro-Fondi customer and I use the electric coffee knockbox every day in my establishment, which cleans the filter of the professional coffee machine quickly and at the same time prevents baristas from wrist and elbow joint trauma.

In your venue, Andrea, how have you been affected by the lockdown and the following restrictions due to Covid-19?

Needless to say everything that is already known. The pandemic for us in the industry has meant closures, layoffs, a really heavy period of darkness and difficulty. Talking about numbers and comparisons, the Bottega del Caffè in the Shopping Center before the pandemic served about 1000 coffees per day; in 2022 we are more or less at half that number.

Would it still be conceivable now to work depriving ourselves of all the benefits of the Pro-Fondi system?

After so many years of using the electric knockbox, I can't imagine doing without it! I have never had any problems with it and only after several years have I been called upon to replace the electric knockbox that thoroughly cleans the filters, but that is normal. The new Pro- Fondi EVO is truly the perfect ally for those who work in venues!
