"In our restaurant, the customer is at the center of everything: from the moment he enters, we want him to feel free to do what he wants at that moment and to feel part of something bigger, our family, which through the flavors and aromas of the dishes allows anyone to rediscover all the flavors of the Venetian tradition, from snacks at the counter to the restaurant menu," says Giovanni, who has taken over from his father and runs the inn since 2008. "Between indoor and outdoor we have more than a thousand chairs and at peak times of the year we have to organize two shifts. It means a lot of work, commitment and constant attention.
