Diego, how did you learn about the automatic coffee grounds cleaner?

I started my career as a bartender; then I opened a bartender school where inside there was a coffee machine and basic coffee making courses were held and in this context one of the various Pro-Fonds EVO test was placed and I was immediately struck by its operation, its ease of use but at the same time its high cleaning and hygiene result. Can you tell us more about it?
