For this reason we decided to have a brief chat with Eleonora, the company’s marketing manager.

“Nuova Ricambi was founded from the search for innovation and the desire to be a partner to the Ho.Re.Ca. professionals. We work in the spare parts sector for coffee machines, and our catalog includes components for coffee grinders, ice makers, spare parts for professional kitchens, and different cleaning products for the equipment, including the electric coffee grounds collector Pro-Fondi EVO and its related spare parts. Today, we are present in several markets, including the United States, Australia, New Zealand, Venezuela, Taiwan, China, and the United Kingdom.”

You really are present all over the world, congratulations!

Regarding our Pro-Fondi EVO electric portafilter brush: how did you discover our solution, and what convinced you to adopt it into your Ho.Re.Ca product catalog?

Pro-Fondi EVO is synonymous with innovation. It ensures order and hygiene on the workbench, is easy to use, and simplifies the cleaning of the portafilter, improving the work of baristas. “We began selling your automatic portafilter cleaner Pro-Fondi EVO in 2013, and then, starting in 2016, the demand for the coffee grounds remover from our customers immediately pushed us to act to meet it, and we began collaborating directly,” Eleonora tells us.

How do you evaluate the market demand for the Pro-Fondi EVO electric portafilter cleaning machine, and what are the main issues that this coffee grounds disposal technology addresses?

"Hygiene is crucial in this sector, and I would say that your automatic portafilter cleaner Pro-Fondi EVO ensures greater cleanliness in bars, also thanks to the grounds collection bag, while simultaneously improving the acoustic comfort in the premises".  Greater operational efficiency, efficient and quiet portafilter cleaning, and reduced noise impact due to the elimination of the classic hit on the traditional grounds drawer. These are the main advantages associated with the Pro-Fondi EVO electric device!

This year, the prestigious Host 2025 trade fair will be held. Will you be participating?

“Of course! It’s an important opportunity to meet new customers and strengthen existing relationships in the Ho.Re.Ca world. We also have several products to present at the fair, ranging from the EDO line, a very young brand distributed by Nuova Ricambi that includes a wide range of accessories and products designed to meet the needs of all coffee lovers, to our flagship product SIPRESSO, a tool entirely Made in Italy, a design jewel that automatically tamps coffee into the portafilter and also has an integrated self-cleaning system. “A real revolution in the world of tamping” Eleonora says.
