 On a day like any other, the familiar sound of the bell interrupted our daily routine. Opening the door, we were in front of the architect Alessandro Manfrè, designer of "Seno&Seno", a renowned company in Verona specializing in furniture for public places such as bars and restaurants.

“Good morning Alessandro and welcome in Ambrodesing. In the meantime, do you want a coffee?”. What seemed to be a simple visit to pick up a Pro-Fondi® EVO has become an excellent opportunity to discover more about how our bar accessory is inserted in the furnishing projects.

How did you learn about Ambrodesign and the electric portafilter cleaner Pro-Fondi® EVO?

For several years I have known the founder of Ambrodesign Marco Ambrosini, for his decades of experience in the field of furniture for commercial activities. Some time ago, until Marco started developing this revolutionary electrical device, we had a supplier in common... We’ve been working together for several years now.

You told us that one element that you often insert in your projects is our electric portafilter cleaning machine Pro-Fondi® EVO. Have you ever had your customers ask for it?

“It often happens that some customers ask us to insert the electric device in their project because they have installed the portafilter cleaning machine in their other activities that we have not realized. Other times, however, come to know thanks to our previous work that we do view in the preliminary phase to our potential customers"

What is one of the last projects you have worked on? Do you think that Pro-Fondi® EVO is an added value for your project? If so, why?

One of the last projects we worked on is the IRIS restaurant at Palazzo Soave in Verona formerly know as Palazzo Bottagisio. Pro-Fondi® EVO was inserted in the kitchen in coffee area. There are several advantages that the customer has associated with your electrical device, such that he decided to include it in the project: reduction of acoustic impact in the local and the cleanliness that the device ensures are just some of the advantages mentioned by the customer. Your electric coffee portafilter brush turned out to be a pleasant discovery: its elegant design adapts perfectly to any furnishing style, offering practicality and extreme functionality. In the coffee area is considered by industry as a status, a must-have that everyone wants to have!

"Moreover, in my personal experience it is not easy to find a professional product that is currently in demand by the customer." continues Alessandro.
