The Pro-Fondi EVO knockbox, Ambrodesign’s exclusive and patended electrical device, ha salso arrived near one of Europe’s most beautiful parks.
We are in the province of Verona, hometown of the automatic coffee grounds cleaner , in Valeggio sul Mincio, not far from Sigurtà Park, in Martini Flavio’s Bar Pasticceria, an establishment named after Luigi’s father. It is the latter who shares with us tales and reflections on Pro-Fondi Evo, the electric knockout box, and on the venue he inherited from his father, the treasure chest of sweetness for the village.
Luigi defines the Pro-Fondi electric knockbox as "mood absorber for saleswomen” and tells us it has become an integral and indispensable part of the family Pasticceria now six years ago.
Luigi, what do you think about the Pro-Fondi knockbox? What is the connection between the historicity of your venue and innovation in the choice of bar equipment?
The history of Martini’s Pasticceria begins a hundred years ago, when great-grandfather Alessio, in the early postwar period, working in a bakery, discovers the passion for sweets and their preparation. A few years later, with my grandfather Luigi and grandmother Elisa, he decided to open the business in Valeggio, selling cookies and sweets baked in a wood-fired oven. Since then no one has stopped: the passion for this world was then passed on to my parents and then to me.
With the beginning of the new millennium, we introduced new techniques and new products to meet the needs of an increasingly demanding, present and attentive clientele. And since then we cannot give up on quality and productivity.
Valeggio sul Mincio is becoming more and more a tourist destination of a certain level. And the turnout in our establishment is increasing. This is why we have identified Pro-Fondi, the electric coffee knockbox as an essential ally in our daily work!
What are the most evident advantages of the Pro-Fondi system?
Ambrodesign’s coffee knockbox is truly revolutionary and ingenious in its simplicity! It increases the elegance of the space in which it is installed and the cleanliness of the counter, greatly improving the quality of employees’ work: it also eliminates the noise of the beating and any joint trauma caused by the movement.
I became aware of its existence six years ago at a provincial venue and instantly contacted Ambrodesign to see if I could install it myself. The Pro-Fondi knockbox is as easy to install as it is to use. Since I replaced the motor with the new one, now three years ago, I have never had any problem.
