"I've been using the Pro-Fondi EVO electric knockbox for nine years, since I arrived here," says Valeria, an employee at the Trattoria 'La Vecia Scola' in Caselle of Isola della Scala, a family-run establishment that has been opened for around 30 years. Valeria, how has Pro-Fondi EVO, the automatic coffee grounds cleaner, facilitated your work experience?
The Trattoria was my first real job opportunity and I didn't know how to do anything. However, I am sure that the Pro-Fondi electric coffee grounds cleaner, once I learnt the work mechanisms, helped me to train my work speed and above all saved me considerable muscle aches.
Luigina and Giancarlo, how did your restaurant come into being?
It was born from the restoration of an old primary school, from which it takes its name. A lot of passion and dedication to catering, especially on the part of Giovanna, the mother, led to the restaurant's growth.
How did you come to know about the Pro-Fondi beater, the electric coffee grounds emptier?
We were intrigued by a colleague from Buttapietra who was already using it in his bar. We therefore asked him for information and got in touch with Ambrodesign. In addition, a customer and friend of ours, Stefano Ferro, is involved in furnishing and refurbishing counters in clubs, restaurants and bars.

Despite the fact that you work with an older model, would you still feel comfortable recommending Pro-Fondi to any of your colleagues?
Absolutely! Why? Small footprint, cleanliness at its best, but above all, it takes away the noise of tapping on the coffee electric knockbox drawer.
If there were any improvements to be made, what would you suggest to Ambrodesign?
Honestly, we would suggest studying a universal swivel or swivels of different sizes to adapt to different cup holders and improve cleaning.
